Introduction to the Damacai – Magnum – Singapore – Toto – Luzon – Vismin 4D Lottery

The 4D Lottery is a popular four-digit number game played in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and a few other countries in the world. The four digit numbers range from 0000 to 9999. Lottery players place a bet or wager on one or more of the 10,000 possible numbers that can be drawn in this lottery game. The players need to match the exact order of the winning number drawn or place a bet that covers all the orders or permutations of their played chosen 4D number to be a winner.

In Malaysia the 4D lottery games include Magnum 4D, Damacai 4D, Toto 4D, and in Singapore the Singapore 4D Lottery is offered. The Philippines offer two different named lottery games, namely Luzon 4D and Vismin 4D, that use the same drawn numbers.

Unlike American and Canadian Pick 4 Lotteries where only one set of four digits per scheduled drawing is drawn, the Damacai, Magnum, Toto and Singapore 4D lotteries draw twenty-three sets of 4-digits at each scheduled drawing. The Philippines Luzon and Vismin 4D lotteries draw one set of 4-digits.

These twenty-three (23) winning combinations make up five different categories or prizes. There are ten different sets of four-digit numbers drawn for the Consolation Section of the lottery. In the Malaysia 4D Lotteries of Damacai, Toto and Magnum 4D Lottery the drawings are scheduled three times a week on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. The same is true for the Singapore 4D Lottery with the drawings being held on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. In the Philippines the Luzon and Vismin 4D lottery drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Each of the twenty-three drawings beginning with the ten consolation drawings are separate and independent of each other using the traditional ball drawing method and not the computer generated method, which some of the United States Pick 4 lotteries have started using.

There is the possibility that the same exact order number can be redrawn a multiple number of times within the 23 different independent drawings, even including the very extreme and very unlikely scenario of all twenty-three draws producing the very same exact 4D winning number.

The process of drawing the 23 winning 4D Numbers begins with the ten (10) 4D Consolation Numbers followed by the ten (10) 4D Starter or Special Numbers, then counting down with the 3rd Prize, 2nd Prize, and 1st Prize being the last three drawings.

4D sales start a week before the drawing and close at 6pm local time on the day of the drawing. Players can choose to bet for a single draw, two consecutive draws or three consecutive draws. The minimum bet or wager is $1, which represents the local currency.

lotteries in the United States once the player learns the
strategies and how to use the System correctly. I have
studied the Pick 4 lottery for more than 15 years.

I wrote Play & Win Daily Pick 4 With Big Cash
Winning Numbers based on the accumulated
knowledge from all these years.

Since I published my Pick 4 System in April 2009 to
the present, I have exchanged many emails over these
many months with those who seem to know it all. One
of the continuous ongoing beliefs held by a number of
Pick 4 players is that computer generated drawings
are harder to win.

When a particular State changes their drawing
method from the traditional mechanical lottery ball
machine drawing to the computer generated drawing
method, then there are fewer winners.

This past week I had one of these emails from an
Oklahoma Pick 4 player who had purchased my Pick 4
System. He believes that since the Oklahoma
Lottery went with the computer drawings hardly
anyone wins. They hardly have more than
2 - 3 winners.

This is TRUE, they hardly have any winners. During
the period from November 4 through November 17,
there was ONLY 1 STRAIGHT ticket winner and
54 winners with BOX tickets with an average of
3 - 4 BOX winners per draw.

But he did not provide any comparative data
PRIOR to the change to the computer draw.

For those who don't know....Oklahoma is the
latest State that added the Pick 4 to their Lottery
games on July 5, 2011.

They have one single drawing 7 nights a week.

Correctly using my Pick 4 Strategies and System, I
replied to his email with the following results >>>

OKLAHOMA PICK 4 RESULTS NOVEMBER 1 - 9, 2011:

11.1........3451....created from 2 different strategies
for a BOX WIN.

In each of these BOX WINS one of the two strategies
was the same working strategy just as the system is

I sent him this email pointing out that by using
my Pick 4 System correctly, he could be a winner.

I also pointed out the fact that one Michigan Daily 4
player who purchased my System and learned

was the ONLY WINNER with a STRAIGHT TICKET in
the midday draw on September 14, 2011 with 3087.

The point I made was that I did not believe that it

much as it had to do with the fact that Oklahoma
Pick 4 players were not using a quality, proven,

of winners for last night's drawing - just as if I
never sent him any information at all.

Like the Michigan Daily 4 player with my Pick 4
System, if he focused on learning to use the
System correctly, instead of complaining about
how nobody is winning the Oklahoma Pick 4, he
could be rejoicing that "HE is ONE of just two or
three Pick 4 WINNERS with a WINNING BOX
Ticket in the whole State of Oklahoma."

Winning has a lot to do with ATTITUDE.
If you focus on losing do you really think that it
is going to lead you to more wins?

Out of the 36 Pick 4 Lotteries in the United States,
Canada, and Puerto Rico, 12** use the computer
generated drawing method and 25** use the traditional
mechanical lottery ball machine drawings.

The difference** is because Pennsylvania Big 4 uses
the computer generated drawing method for midday
and the traditional mechanical lottery ball machine
for the evening draw.

Pick 4 Numbers - Double-Doubles & Triples

As I have stated before I have always
been fascinated by numbers, including
Pick 4 numbers.

That why I wrote my Pick 4 System

Winning the Pick 4 Lottery - Part 3

In the first two parts of the series of winning the Pick 4 lottery I offered a comparison between one lucky Pick 4 player from North Carolina and one Virginia Pick 4 Lottery player without luck on his side. Both won the Virginia Pick 4 lottery multiple times by playing the 5117 over the past couple of years.

The lucky North Carolina gentleman plays this winning Pick 4 number based on his self-proclaimed “born under a lucky star” status and his feelings toward a particular Pick 4 number and when to play it.

The Virginia Pick 4 lottery player who wasn’t born under a lucky star worked at being equally successful also winning on the 5117 multiple times using a multi-strategy Pick 4 system that provided him with a calendar strategy among others. The strategies taught him how to find this winning Pick 4 number. He made copious notes and pieced together the information on the previous dates and times when the 5117 had been drawn. He relied on the development of his keen detective eye to recognize the clues that pointed out the connection between the dates of the winning drawings for the 5117.

The lucky North Carolina man began his relationship with his lucky number, 5117, in April 2009 indicating that, if he has a feeling about a number, he’ll play it. This feeling was worth $90,800 for this North Carolina gentleman who played twenty tickets on this winning Pick 4 number in the Virginia Pick 4 Lottery. His most recent win of $65,800 occurred on October 13, 2011 with the same Pick 4 number, 5117.

Since most players don’t have the same lucky advantage when it comes to winning the Pick 4 lottery, this story is also about a Virginia Pick 4 player who hooked up with a multi-strategy Pick 4 System that gave him an arsenal of strategies to use in finding winning Pick 4 numbers, including a calendar strategy that has helped him win multiple times playing the same Pick 4 number, namely 5117.

Armed with the calendar strategy and good detective note taking this Virginia Pick 4 Lottery player has strung together information and clues from the history of the drawings of the 5117 along with the relative forms of 1715 and 1175 to make the 5117 his favorite winning Pick 4 number. Good strategies and hard detective work is his success story for winning the Pick 4 lottery.

Part 2 ended with another successful win for this Virginia Pick 4 player hitting the 5117 on September 16, 2010 in the evening drawing. This was his third win in the last three times the 5117 was drawn.

The calendar strategy from the multi-strategy Pick 4 system and the detective work that used the clues of numbers, days, dates and months of the year have all contributed to this Virginia Pick 4 Lottery player’s success without any claim of his being “lucky”.

With the aforementioned fact that the 5117 history included being drawn in back to back months which was indicated by the April to May 2009 case, the recent September 2010 drawing of the 5117 suggests that plans for an October 2010 play on the 5117 is in the works. Applying the same days and date ranges that were used for the September 2010 win make it a no-brainer choice in setting up the days and dates to play the 5117 in October 2010.

Unfortunately, the 5117 was not drawn in October 2010. But like many detective stories this is not the end of the story nor is the case closed for this Virginia Pick 4 Lottery player. Hanging on to what was learned from his investigation in the spring of 2010 of the 5117 is the fact that the consecutive months can carry over from one year to the next. This means all these notes and information on the 5117 will be put on the shelf until October 2011. In 2011 when October once again becomes the second half of the back-to-back monthly cycle, he will return to the case of the 5117.

When October 2011 approaches the not so lucky Virginia Pick 4 lottery players pulls all his notes down from the shelf and re-opens the case of the 5117 in his attempt to score another win in the Pick 4 lottery. He takes his files of notes and lays out all his collected data on the table to re- create the date and day range he plans to play the 5117 in October 2011.

Next, based on the past historical evidence found in the Virginia Pick 4 Lottery archives of the dates and days that the 5117 and relative numbers have been drawn, the October 2011 plan patiently and carefully is pieced together by the Virginia player detective to produce another big Pick 4 win playing the 5117 much like the North Carolina Pick 4 lottery player did.

He combines the date and day ranges along with other crucial evidence collected about the 5117 to create a playable calendar of dates and days for October 2011 playing off the last winning date of Thursday, September 16, 2010.

Not to overlook any significant piece of information, he thoroughly reviews all the data and collectively chooses the dates to play the 5117 on his October 2011 calendar. He carefully notes the crucial same day to same day evidence, and therefore this Virginia player includes all the Thursdays in October 2011, namely, the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th.

Now his play calendar is complete. Based on all the evidence of the calendar strategy he is playing the 5117 on October 6th, 10th, 12th, 13th, the 15th through the 20th, 22nd and 27th. With renewed confidence after having combed through all the evidence in his files, he truly believes that the 5117 will be drawn on one of these dates since it failed to show up in October 2010.

On Thursday, October 13, 2011 in the midday drawing the 5117 was drawn, proving once again that the calendar strategy and multi-strategy Pick 4 System is a very valuable tool in helping Pick 4 players across the country, just like this Virginia Pick 4 Lottery player, to find and play potential winning Pick 4 numbers.

One doesn’t have to be lucky to win the Pick 4 lottery big time like the North Carolina gentleman. One can be unlucky and smart just like the Virginia Pick 4 Lottery player.

Get a good multi-strategy Pick 4 system, study and learn the strategies well, and apply them to the Pick 4 lottery numbers, just like the calendar strategy, to find winning Pick 4 numbers. A good multi-strategy Pick 4 system, with the correct use of the strategies, is a very valuable and helpful tool for the Pick 4 player to win the Pick 4 lottery. Knowledge can trump luck with the right multi-strategy Pick 4 system.

Just like the late Paul Harvey said at the end of his broadcasts: ‘Now you know the rest of the story’.

Winning the Pick 4 Lottery - Part 2

The lessons learned in Part 1 continue in Part 2 by using the calendar strategy found in the multi-strategy system and applying it to the same winning Pick 4 number that has been drawn multiple times in the exact order in the Virginia Pick 4 Lottery. This calendar strategy, as all of the strategies, found in the multi-strategy system may be applied to all other State Pick 4 Lotteries as well.

In Part 1 I began telling the news story of a North Carolina lottery player who keeps winning different lotteries in Virginia. In his latest win on October 13,, 2011 he won $65,800 in the Pick 4 midday drawing playing the 5117. This seems to be his lucky Pick 4 number since he won on this same Pick 4 number twice in 2010. This North Carolina gentleman explains his latest success and all previous wins on his being lucky all his life.

Most Pick 4 lottery players can’t claim the same kind of luck story, and therefore the not so lucky players need to work at winning the Pick 4 lottery. Most expert players suggest that if a player wants to be serious about winning these lotteries, he or she needs to use a system. A comprehensive multi-strategy Pick 4 System is the best choice. As highlighted in Part 1 the player using the calendar strategy was able to research the dates that 5117 had been drawn along with a couple of family members of this number, 1715 and 1175. As a result the Virginia Pick 4 player found a way to cash in on the 5117 when it was drawn again on May 22, 2010 in the midday drawing.

Part 2 begins by employing the same successful recommendations that Pick 4 expert players give to all other Pick 4 lottery players namely keeping notes. In Part 1 success came from the fact that the player kept a calendar record of all the drawn winning Pick 4 numbers. From those calendar notations the player was able to confirm each date that 5117 was drawn along with the other two versions – 1715 and 1175.

Working like a detective, the Virginia Pick 4 player gathered all the information and clues and came up with some dates in May 2010 to play the 5117, and won on May 22, 2010.

Returning to those same notes to use the same information that already lead to one success, the player is ready to apply that information to the next time 5117 is drawn. The notes included that the pattern for the 5117 involved that this winning Pick 4 number (1) would be redrawn in the following month, (2) on the same day of the week, and (3) on or around the same date that it or another box form of the 5117 was drawn.

Part 1 began its investigation with the facts that the 5117 was drawn on April 12 and May 10, 2009, both were Sundays. The new Information from Part 1 playing from one month to the next month also meant that the neighboring months could extend into the following year. Which is why that the first drawing cited was in April 2009 allowed the Pick 4 player-detective to investigate the possibility of the 5117 being drawn again in May 2010 using the calendar strategy from the multi-strategy Pick 4 system. It was a good decision he or she made, because he or she walked away a winner.

A Pick 4 lottery player, like a good detective, should never overlook any piece of information when searching for clues that will produce another winning Pick 4 number. In Part 1 the focus was on the numerical dates of the month and the days of the week.

Since numbers and math fit together like a hand with a glove, is there a possibility that there are additional clues available to a keen eye Pick 4 player that hasn’t been mentioned yet? Let’s look at the months, April 2009 represented by the number 4 and May 2009 and 2010 each represented by the number 5. Mathematically speaking, 4 plus 5 equal 9, and 5 plus 5 equal 10.

The ninth month of the year is September and the tenth month of the year is October. Being neighboring months, just like April and May, could September and October become the next set of months that the 5117 could be drawn?
Going back to information in the notes the Pick 4 player sees that the three previous dates that 5117 was drawn were April 12, 2009 May 10, 2009 and May 22, 2010. This creates a date range from the 10th to the 22nd, a period of 13 days or 26 drawings.

If the 5117 would be drawn next in September 2010, it would be the first month, and there is no day-to-day information to match up as it was in the April 2009 to May 2009 Sunday to Sunday connection.

Going back to the calendar here’s what the Pick 4 has learned: 5117 was drawn on Wednesday, January 26, 1994, Saturday, May 22, 2010, and Sundays April 12 and May 10, 2010. This provides the player with a day range, Wednesday to Sunday.

Looking ahead to September 2010, combining the date range and the day range, the following September dates qualify as days to play the 5117: September 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 22. Using all the elements of the calendar strategy the player now has just six days to play to see if the calendar strategy is going to produce another winner with the 5117.

When September 2010 finally arrives, the Virginia Pick 4 player puts his plan into play. On Thursday, September 16, 2010 in the evening drawing the Virginia Pick 4 Lottery draws the 5117 as the winning Pick 4 number. This is the third win in the last three times the 5117 has been drawn for the Virginia player-detective. The calendar strategy from this multi-strategy system is gaining credibility when it comes to winning the Pick 4 lottery.

Most Pick 4 lottery players unfortunately cannot claim the same kind of luck. The not so lucky players need to work at winning the Pick 4 lottery. Most lottery experts agree that if a player wants to be serious about winning these lotteries, he or she needs to use a system.

Players need to find a multi-strategy system that helps them to learn how to win the Pick 4 lottery. One of the first strategies found in a multi-strategy system is to take notes. One important note taking strategy is keeping a calendar of all the drawn Pick 4 numbers for a particular State Lottery.

Numbers like order. In studying Pick 4 numbers the player finds out that sometimes a particular number is redrawn on the exact same date, same day of the week, same particular week of a month, or same month, same date or a combination of these named possibilities.

By using and analyzing the calendar strategy the player who is not born with luck can benefit from such analysis and connect the dots to create a winning Pick 4 number such as the 5117 by seeing and understanding the pattern from the previous drawings.

Looking back on the calendar, the 5117 was drawn on Sunday, April 12, 2009 and May 10, 2009. Now the Pick 4 player begins to analyze this data to narrow down the dates and times to play the 5117. The player asks himself or herself what are the connecting points?

The 2009 drawings, April 12 and May 10, provide some interesting clues. They are both Sundays. April and May are neighboring months. Like a good detective, the player pieces together the clues to come up with a time frame when it is best to play the Pick 4 lottery number 5117. Instead of playing the 5117 all 365 days in 2010 in hopes of catching a winner, the player can narrow his or her choices down to a few days applying the analyzed data.

In 2009 the first time the 5117 was drawn was on Sunday, April 12. The data indicates the pattern to show it is redrawn on the same day of the week in the following month. In applying the pattern data to the April 2009 drawing date, the player sets up to play the 5117 on the Sundays in May 2010. The Sundays are May 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.

Sometimes in life things arrive early and sometimes they are late. The player, in order to protect his or her investment, can incorporate this possibility in his investment plan. The plan is to play 5117 on the Saturday-Sunday-Monday dates in May 2010. The dates in 2010 are May 1-2-3, 8-9-10, 15-16-17, 22-23-24, 29-30-31.

The plan includes these fifteen dates in May 2010. Since the plan expects the 5117 to be drawn in the exact order, the investment focuses on playing more straight tickets than box tickets.

Going back to the calendar for more clues on the 5117, a Virginia Pick 4 player discovers two box forms were winning Pick 4 numbers -- 1715 won on November 22, 1997, which was a Saturday, and 1175 won on January 15, 1999. Both the 15th and 22nd are Saturday dates in May 2010. This new evidence offers some very interesting additional information that gives the player two new options for his or her investment.

The first option is to keep the plan as already outlined, but make an additional investment on these two dates, May 15th and 22nd. The second option centers on the fact that both those dates in May 2010 are Saturdays. Now the player can choose to focus on just Sundays and Saturdays with an increased level of play on the 15th and 22nd of the month. By eliminating Mondays from the play list the player reduces the days of play from fifteen days down to ten days. But the player might think about increasing his or her investment on the Saturdays, May 15th and 22nd.

On Saturday, May 22, 2010, the Virginia Pick 4 Lottery drew the 5117 as the winning Pick 4 number in the midday drawing. This is how the calendar strategy in the multi-strategy system can help the player born without luck overcome his or her luckless handicap and play smart to win the Pick 4 lottery.

On the internet, this is not always the case. There are avatars or images that are available to the author of Pick 4 lottery strategies to hide behind. If there is no contact page available, then there is no interaction between buyer and seller. The buyer may be in line at the grocery store right behind the seller and the buyer would never know that the person in front of him was the person who sold him those Pick 4 strategies that were suppose to teach him how to win the pick 4 lottery.

Who is perceived to be the more credible seller? The one who has his or her picture on the website and provides a contact page, or the seller who has an avatar or nameless photo and no contact page available. Many business cards today have the person's picture right on the card. Why wouldn't the Pick 4 seller want the public to know who he or she is?

One of the biggest complaints that Pick 4 players have voiced over the years after purchasing someone's program is that they never can contact the seller. He or she isn't reachable and there is no email address available to contact the author or seller. They just take your money and you never hear from them again. How does this help the author's credibility with the buying public?

The real picture and contact page is the equivalent of an internet business card. If anything goes wrong you can contact the seller . The saying goes that a picture is worth a thousand words.

The author's picture provides the buyer the opportunity to accept or reject the sale based on the impression it makes. The buyer decides if he or she appears trustworthy.

It is hard enough to learn how to win the Pick 4 lottery with newly purchased Pick 4 lottery strategies without adding the issues of trust and how to contact the author.

What happens if “I can't download the product” after purchasing it? Who does the lottery player talk to if anything that was promised in the purchased system was not delivered? Who can the player turn to ask questions that arise regarding the implementation of the Pick 4 strategies? Are players left at a dead end if there is no contact page?

First and foremost, this amounts to customer service and trust not only in the product but also the seller. If the seller and the product offer good customer service, then buyers will have more confidence and be more willing to purchase a system of Pick 4 strategies on how to win the Pick 4 lottery. It suggests to buyers that this particular seller is more trustworthy because of his or her availability.

On the other side of the coin, do authors of Pick 4 strategies without a contact page or a personal photo appear less trustworthy to buyers, namely the Pick 4 players?

this reasoning, and it also makes everything easier for them.

The result NOW is that the same Lottery Machine is used
for both the Saturday night and Sunday night drawings.

AND AS A RESULT THE SAME NUMBER IN THE EXACT
SAME ORDER IS DRAWN >>> 6638!

Three draws later the Quebec La Quotidienne 4

If you are tired of purchasing Pick 3 and Pick 4 Lottery Systems that don't work or can't get a response from the author, here are some things to consider before purchasing any Lottery System. So many Pick 3 or Pick 4 players have purchased Systems that have been real failures. Here are some questions you might like to ask before you make a purchase.

Does the author provide his or her real name? So much on the internet offers opportunity for a person to create images of him or herself that are not real. From avatars to photos of others are used to create an image that is sellable to the public on the internet. Whatever the image that is being used, if it is not that of the actual author or person selling the product, raises a few questions. Why aren't you revealing your true self? Is there a reason for not identifying who you are? If your picture or image is not real, then is your name real?

Can the buyer get in contact with the creator, author, seller of the Pick 3 Lottery System or Pick 4 Lottery System? Once you purchase any Lottery System, if you have any problem or question with the newly purchased system, are you able to contact the real individual behind the system and reasonably expect a response? What happens if the person never responds? Or, if a response is forthcoming, does the person answer your questions?

The Pick 3 and Pick 4 players have an option to test just how responsive the author or seller of a particular Lottery System is by attempting to contact them prior to the purchase by emailing a question or two about the system either through the sales letter, if one is available, or through the contact page on the website. The response or lack of response might tell you something about the author and/or the system being sold.

Why aren't there more examples of the system at work? Are there testimonials or feedbacks from those who have purchased the system and are successfully using their system? If not, why not?

If the author of the Lottery System includes videos, pictures, or testimonials in the sales letter or newsletter, are they from different people from different places, or is it always the same person? Do the videos or pictures represent true winners or are they all blacked out to hide everything except the amount of money won? Do the pictures represent the product that is being sold or are they a generalization of all lotteries?

In their newsletter, or on their website, is there ongoing evidence with current updated winning tickets or player's copy of payout slips indicating that their Lottery System is continuing to create winners in the Pick 3 Lottery or Pick 4 Lottery.

This week during some web surfing I came
across an interesting lottery article that is
a part of a nine part series that raises the
question: "Is Investing Gambling Or Is
Gambling Investing?"

To me this is a great question, especially
after the 2009 Wall Street Collapse.
What we learn from that experience is
some of the "behind the closed doors
activity" of Banks and Investment Firms.

How and what do the Wall Street wheeler
dealers do with the average American
workers' invested money?
We learned the tactics they used to
increase their personal income.
While very same money Mr. and Mrs.
Main Street American have invested
to pay for their childrens college
education and plan for their retirement,
may lose some or all their money.

On the other side of the question is
"gambling". Which is often times a
dirty word based on negative religious
and sociological concepts. Often times
depicted by images of shady low life
individuals who addictively bring their
family and finances to ruins. Many
preachers rail against gambling as
evil and the devil's playground while
others remind the faithful to show up
for Friday night Bingo.

Most States use a purposeful cause,
such education or programs for the elderly,
to legitimize their lottery games.

Those well dressed men who do the trading
and run the companies that the Stock Market
claim we should invest in, in order to make
money for one's future are more acceptable
and trustworthy looking the portrayed image
of the out-of-control gambler.

What is the difference if a family's life savings
is wiped out because they took the advice of a
stock broker that told them to invest heavily
in Enron because it is a "hot" stock or spending
too much time at the casino or at the racetrack.

The creators of the website and blog
defined gambling as 'having a reasonable
expectation of winning' which eliminated
the State Lotteries, Powerball, and

Winning Pick 4 Lottery Numbers Are Heating Up The New Year

January is usually the coldest month
of the year set in the middle of WINTER,
but the Pick 4 Lottery is roaring HOT like
a blazing fire in the fireplace.

Just what the Great Lake States needed
to combat the Arctic blast of sub-freezing
temperatures and blizzard snowfalls
that buried much of the East Coast
and sent shivers down the spine of Florida.

Pick 4 Lotteries began heating things up

When you look at a long list of drawn winning Pick 4 numbers, did you ever ask yourself if these numbers were related or somehow connected to each other? My curious mind asked this question.
Based on the study of statistics in regards to random drawings, which is what the lottery is, the whole mathematical community is in agreement that the Pick 4 numbers are not related. They were quick to point out that each and every drawing of every digit and every set of digits is separate and independent of each other. They go on to state that numbers have no memory to know what was previously drawn.
When pushed further by the questions that my curious mind was asking about the Pick 4 numbers as to the possibility of trends occurring within the drawn Pick 4 number, most stood pat with the same reason previously stated that there are NO TRENDS.

Are Pick 4 Lottery Numbers Related?

When you look at a long list of drawn winning Pick 4 numbers, did you ever ask yourself if these numbers were related or somehow connected to each other? My curious mind asked this question.

As I began to search for answers, I went to the world of mathematics to see what good math professors who have spent their whole lives working with numbers had to say.

Based on the study of statistics in regards to random drawings, which is what the lottery is, the whole mathematical community is in agreement that the Pick 4 numbers are not related. They were quick to point out that each and every drawing of every digit and every set of digits is separate and independent of each other. They go on to state that numbers have no memory to know what was previously drawn.

When pushed further by the questions that my curious mind was asking about the Pick 4 numbers as to the possibility of trends occurring within the drawn Pick 4 number, most stood pat with the same reason previously stated that there are NO TRENDS.

Since I do not like "NO" for an answer I pushed forward citing some examples and asking for an explanation of this, if possible. In the Ohio Pick 4 Lottery three drawn winning numbers in a row - 4751, 4742, and 9047 - all contained "47" in the same order,and two of them in the same position. This would mean the Pick 4 Lottery would become a Pick 2 Lottery if this was a trend.

In the Oregon Pick 4 Lottery, in the 7pm drawing, "08" was found in three consecutive drawings - 4038, 4108, 3080. Then, there was the Florida Play 4 with "65" for three draws in a row - 0563, 6458, 6752, and in the Connecticut Play 4 with "69" in 6961, 6952, and 9466.

I have another question. How does one explain repeating sets of the same Pick 4 numbers being drawn over a short period of time? In California's Daily 4 and Wisconsin's Daily Pick 4 winning drawn numbers, each only three draws apart, were 9928-8992 and 5820-0528, respectively. Repeating Pick 4 numbers appeared in the following State Lotteries: District of Columbia DC-4 in two draws 1145 and 1514, and again in Florida's Play 4 in back-to-back draws 1665 and 6561. What is the explanation for these occurrences?

One mathematician offered this response, sometimes in random drawings of numbers, there MAY OCCUR A MINI TREND of sorts over a long period of time. Staying true to his studies and his colleagues, he reluctantly offered this "may occur" explanation.

Through my observations I believe that winning Pick 4 numbers are connected to each other. Not to contradict the world of mathematics, I am left with one thin explanation of a possible mini trend occurring that I use to explain what I see happening with Pick 4 numbers and how they are related to each other.

I'll be happy to find repeating numbers or turn the Pick 4 Lottery into a Pick 2 Lottery or even a Pick 1 Lottery game with the examples in the Oregon Pick 4 and the Connecticut Play 4. Pick 4 Lottery Systems - Guaranteed Success or Failure With Hot Cold and Overdue Filters?

Throughout the history of the Pick 4 Lottery players worldwide have searched for lottery systems that would predict future winning numbers. The basic goal for Pick 4 lottery players is to correctly calculate ahead of time the next four digits in exact order that will be drawn in the next few drawings. The winning Pick 4 numbers in exact order range from 0000 to 9999 for 10,000 numbers to pick from.

The drawing process creates these four digits into a composite winning Pick 4 number by the traditional ball and container method or with computer generated numbers. Drawn one digit at a time, the four individual digits drawn produce the winning number such as 1 – 2 – 3 – 4. In most Pick 4 Lotteries the payoff is a set amount of money. In the United States the majority of these lotteries set the payoff for one $1.00 Straight Ticket for correctly matching the order of the four digits at $5,000. There is also the box ticket option that allows the player to win by matching the winning Pick 4 number in ANY ORDER.

For years many players have depended on filters to help them choose their winning numbers to play. The belief is that past performances help players to choose the digits that make up the next winning Pick 4 number. The usual old standard filters most Pick 4 lottery systems offer lottery players rely on hot numbers (digits), cold numbers (digits), and overdue numbers (digits). By searching through the previous drawn Pick 4 numbers over a predetermined amount of drawings lottery players sort the individual digits into these three categories depending upon how often they have been drawn or not.

The “hot” digits (0 – 9) have been drawn the most number of times during the given number of predetermined draws selected. The “cold” digits have been drawn a lesser amount of times. The “overdue” digits have been drawn the least amount of times or not at all during the selected amount of drawings. Next, the player or computer counts and sorts the digits into each of these defined categories from the data that was entered into the program.

Pick 4 lottery systems on the internet either provide this process at no cost or the Pick 4 player can purchase the software program that produces the results based on these three categories.

On November 1, 2010, I decided to take advantage of one free program offered by one of the lottery websites for the Illinois Pick 4 Lottery – one for the midday drawing and one for the evening drawing. My goal was to test this lottery system for its ability to produce winning Pick 4 numbers. The free program used the simplest very basic filters of hot numbers, cold numbers, and overdue numbers. I selected one 50-draw sample for each of the midday and evening Illinois Pick 4 Lottery drawings. This represented drawings from September 13, 2010 through Monday, November 1, 2010. My plan was to test the results for the next 30 day drawings.

For the Midday drawings the computer gave me the following - the top three hot numbers were 9, 1, and 6; the top three cold numbers were 4, 8, and 2; and the top three overdue numbers were 0, 8, and 4. The computer then processed all this information and gave me the ten computer generated combinations that I had requested for play in the midday Illinois Pick 4 Lottery drawings.

Similarly, the evening drawing results were - the top three hot numbers were 6, 3, and 2; the top three cold numbers were 4, 0, and 5; and the top three overdue numbers were 4, 2, and 8. Likewise the computer produced ten combinations for me to play over the next thirty day drawings.

In any case, by using these filters there is a real likelihood that the computer system eliminates digits (0 – 9) from your play list by collecting the top three digits in each of the three categories. In the best possible scenario, the lottery system would eliminate only one digit. The most likely reality is that three of the ten digits will be eliminated from your play list. In the midday drawings 3, 5, and 7 were eliminated. In the evening drawings 1, 7, and 9 were eliminated.

Rarely does the lottery system mention the eliminated digits, nor does the Pick 4 player think about the eliminated digits. It is just an acceptable part of the process. On December 2, 2010, I went back to check the results for the last 30 day drawings for the midday and evening Illinois Pick 4 Lottery. The results were a complete failure. There were zero winners.

But here was the shocker—in each of the midday and evening drawings 80 percent of the winning numbers became an “automatic loser” for the Pick 4 player because they contained one or more of the eliminated digits from each group. Twenty-four out of thirty drawn numbers became an automatic loser as soon as one of the eliminated digits was drawn. The player was only playing at 20 percent capacity to become a winner at this point and time. It doesn’t make any difference what lottery system the player would use because it is all based on the same inserted information, namely the numbers of the previous fifty draws, the summation of the results based on the three filters of hot numbers, cold numbers, and overdue numbers.

What Pick 4 players might not realize is that for each eliminated digit from their Pick 4 play, they eliminate 1152 possible winning straight orders from the 10,000 total winning numbers. In each of these cases this number has to be multiplied by 3. Now you have 3456 automatic losers to begin with.

When Pick 4 players use these filters, no matter how many draws are involved and no matter how many numbers players request to play…. is it a success or failure if the player automatically eliminates over one third of all possible winning Pick 4 numbers? Should players find a Pick 4 lottery system that doesn’t eliminate any numbers at all? Do Pick 4 lottery systems with filters such as hot, cold, and overdue numbers guarantee success or failure for Pick 4 players?

trend. The 4502 and 0254 were drawn
five days apart. Focusing on these
repeated sets of the same four digits
would lead you to 4602 and 0264 Straight
and a multiple level investment with your
Box Play. Noting that in this group of
Pick 4 numbers, the "4" was also in
third position based on the 2743 pointed
to the possibility that a Straight version
of 0246 should be added to the other two
straight versions. 8 draws later the 0246

Here in the "Land of Lincoln" the TREND
in the Illinois Pick 4 Lottery with two draws
per day should have been clear enough for
everyone to spot! The trend is "Doubles".

So, if you are playing with
this trend present you want to look to
create Pick 4 "doubles" to play. Statistically,
with twelve drawn numbers, there should be
five (5) doubles, not nine.....that 75%.
So you begin by looking at the "single" Pick 4
numbers in the group, and convert them into
"doubles". 7916 > 7791, 7716, 9917, 9916,
6617, 6619, 6679, 7769, and 9967.

And using Strategy #16 in my Pick 4 System,
you also could have picked up another BOX WIN
on 3667.

Here in Michigan, the Michigan Daily 4
starts out with the TREND of Single Pick 4
numbers. In just the first 5 draws the
Singles made up of 80% of the draws.
Statistically the single Pick 4 number
should be around 50.4%. The overall
percentage of the total group of Pick 4
numbers comes out to be 58.8%.

But when the single trend is present
by reaching the range of 50% or higher
then you play the numbers regularly.
There are no special rules. And apply
the Strategies to all the numbers.

But midway through the list with
2633 and 9707 and 0900 the Trend
changes to a "Double" Trend.
The next two numbers are two
Pick 4 Double Numbers.

So, Michigan Daily 4 actually had
two TRENDS.

This is what I mean when I write about
"mini trends" .....they come and they
go.....but by developing a KEEN EYE,
you learn to read the numbers and
spot them.

By KNOWING and APPLYING the
STRATEGIES CORRECTLY to these
winning Michigan Daily 4 numbers you,
would have scored BOX WINS with the

Pick 4 Lottery System Produces Triples & Double-Doubles

Did you get shut out on the 1010 on Oct.10th?
So many Pick 4 players did! But it didn't show

in mind....so if you do want to play the DATE,

Winning Pick 4 Numbers - This Could Be The Day

There are some lottery players who wait for
certain dates like today to play as if the
world of numbers is giving a special
opportunity to get a STRAIGHT NUMBER
to play.

But I warn you if you jump on the bandwagon,
you have to get out EARLY to play before
State Lotteries close the number down.

Today's Pick 4 number that the date
is giving you is 1010 based on
the date of 10.10.10. Using the "1" from
the day's part of the date two times,
then 1010 comes up 2x in the date.
The other possible reading would be 0101
if you read it backwards..

Any way I suspect that 1010 might
be a big seller today! So, if you consider
playing it, then get out early.

Even one $1 Box Ticket is worth $800, and
of course, the Straight Ticket is $5,000.

Speaking of Pick 4 Double-Doubles, here

Winning Pick 4 Lottery Numbers - Pick 4 Triples

Pick 4 Triples are the highest paying Pick 4 Box group numbers in this Lottery game. The Pick 4 Lottery player can feel great when hitting a Pick 4 Triple "Boxed". The payout for one $1 investment is generally $1200. It is important to have some kind of knowledge and strategy when it comes to playing for a Pick 4 Triple to come in.

I encourage Pick 4 Lottery players when going after a "Triple" to play the Pick 4 triple number multiple times "boxed". This eliminates the possibilities of missing a "straight" winning triple by having one of the other three straight forms drawn. For example, if you were playing for 1112 to come in Straight, and you invest your money solely on this straight form, and the 1211 comes in, you win nothing! Or worse yet, you lose $5,000.

But if you play the 1112 Box, you cover all four forms...1112, 1211, 1121, 2111. To play the minimum possible Box dollar amount.....possibly at fifty cent level 8 times ($4), one wins $600 for each of the eight.50 tickets for a total of $4800. This compares favorably to the single $1 Straight Win of $5000.

The advantages are many for doing it this way...

(1) In most States, at this minimum level, you can go back to the retailer and cash the ticket (providing they have the money available) and receive the full $600 cash.

(2) It provides you with a slush "ATM" fund with instant withdrawals of $600 each time you need the money (make sure you keep your winning tickets in a secure, safe place that you remember).

(3) It is there, in case of any major emergency....car repair, major appliance break down.

(4) You can use it to pay your monthly bills or mortgage payments.

(5) If you want to take a weekend getaway...there's no worry about the budget....the monies are there.

(6) You can refill your Pick 4 lottery investment pool.

But let's say you missed hitting the triple that was just drawn in your Pick 4 Lottery (it wasn't on your radar screen); instead of being upset look to future opportunities that can possibly play off this Pick 4 triple. Sometimes a triple is a "Strong Triple". It's like a politician, who has long coattails; it brings other Pick 4 Wins along with it.

Some Pick 4 Lottery Systems offer strategies that help Pick 4 players convert previous winning Pick 4 numbers into new winning Pick 4 numbers, including triples.
