With this information I mark out the following plan
using the Triple & Quad Chart and a perpetual calendar.
The plan is to play the last two Wednesdays in September
that begin on the 21st, 22nd, or 23rd and end a week later
on the 28th,29th or 30th.

Going forward from September, 1999, for the next 10 years,
this only happens three times....2004, 2005, and 2009,
for a total of 6 draws in these three years.

One $10 Investment with a Pick 4 Straight Win comes to a
total of $60 or $20 per year. A WIN pays $50,000....the average
yearly salary of American workers. Or, you can use the Triple
Strategy in playing this Triple for a guaranteed win.
